Started DJing as an audio visual tech at a Chicago hospital in 1997.
Resident DJ at House of Blues Foundation Room Chicago.
Once performed an opening DJ set for GZA in IA in 2008.
Played in a few bands and collaborated with various artists including Kevin Max (DC Talk), Gisele and Bruse Wane
House DJ for Hospitality Games (H-Games) in Chicago which was hosted by the late Mike Admle (American Gladiators, former Bears player).
Performed at Looptopia Chicago 2008, Taste Of Chicago, Rockin’ At The Roebling Cincinnati and scheduled to perform at Stereo 25 DJ Fest in downtown Cincinnati on 5/31.

Hi I'm ian leonard thanks for checking me out,I first started in the music business I'm 1968and did my first gig in a church hall youth club,the very first record I purchased was ride a white Swan by t.rex I then formed a mobile disco called delter disco,then in the mid 70s I got into pirate radio in mosside Manchester, after spending 4 years running and hiding from the police with a cassette recorder,microphone, and a transmitter a got from the army and navy shop in Manchester,I then got into radio big time well I say big time it was 1 night on bbc radio Manchester with a presenter called barron barnie. My favourite radio stations of all time apart from this one was radio Caroline and piccadilly radio 261. I am a big supporter of Manchester city, I also spent 5 years stock car racing and banger racing, My all time love is helicopters and microlight flying. In more recent times I've spent 11 years on Tameside radio, then I got into Internet radio and as a soul ,60s, 70s,and 80s presenter I'm loving playing all your favourite songs. Ian leonard.

I Became Interested In Being A DJ In 1978 During That Time I Only Became Familiar With Only R And B Just Before Hip Hop Became Popular. As Time Went On Hip Hop Music Started To Evolve And I Added It To My List Of Familiar Genres Of Music, Fortunately As I Started Getting DJ Gigs The Crowd Were A Very Diverse Crowd Which I Wasn't Familiar With Their Culture And The Type Of Music Preference Such As Afro Beats And Reggae, Keep In Mind That The Genre Of Music Sounds Totally Different Back Then In The 80s VS Today. Now I Have Become An Open Format DJ With Being Exposed To Many Genres Of Music From R AND B And Hip Hop To Reggae, Soca, Reggaeton Etc. I'm So Thankful For Being Exposed To These Genres Through The Diverse Clients Through The Years Of My Profession As A DJ.
